Manufacturing Traceability & Production Data Integration

Connect product identification, production events and manufacturing records with equipment and information systems designed around your workflow.

The manufacturing challenge

Know what was built, where, and under which process conditions.

When identification, inspection and production records are kept in separate systems, it can be difficult to reconstruct a product's manufacturing history or investigate a process issue.

MIRRENO can develop application-specific traceability and production data integration solutions, linking shop-floor events with the information a manufacturer needs to retain and review.

Engineering scope

Traceability designed around your process

A traceability solution depends on the product, required process checkpoints, existing equipment and record-retention needs. MIRRENO can scope and integrate the following functions where appropriate.

Product Identification

Define barcode, QR-code or other identification methods appropriate to the product and production environment.

Station-Level Events

Associate manufacturing steps, station results and selected equipment signals with a product or production lot.

Process & Quality Records

Capture agreed inspection outcomes, timestamps and process data needed for manufacturing review.

Equipment Interfaces

Connect suitable PLCs, scanners, test equipment or machine interfaces to a defined data flow.

MES Connectivity

Evaluate interfaces to existing manufacturing execution and information systems.

Search & Reporting

Support authorized lookup of production history and reporting based on agreed data fields.

System concept

From product identity to a useful production record

01 / IDENTIFYAssociate an item or lot with an identifier
02 / CAPTURECollect defined station and process events
03 / CONNECTTransfer records through agreed interfaces
04 / REVIEWSearch history and evaluate production information

This is a proposed engineering workflow, not a specification for a particular historical installation. Data architecture and retention are defined per customer project.

Manufacturing information

Connect traceability with the wider production system.

The engineering portfolio describes manufacturing execution system (MES) functions for production data collection, execution coordination, statistics and manufacturing information management.

It also lists an electronic-tag traceability application, but does not provide a detailed technical architecture or verified performance metrics for that application. MIRRENO therefore develops the implementation scope from each customer's equipment and requirements rather than assuming a standard system.

MIRRENO approach

Integrate what your production process actually needs

Assess

Map product flow, identification points, existing systems, record requirements and failure cases.

Engineer

Define identification hardware, data structures, equipment interfaces and operator workflow.

Validate

Test representative production scenarios, exception handling and agreed data-retrieval requirements.

Photographs are authorized technical-portfolio references illustrating manufacturing environments and information systems. They are not proof that MIRRENO independently delivered a specific historical traceability installation. Project capabilities are scoped and verified for each engagement.
